QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Assurance systems are a fundamental component of our business philosophy and these systems span all phases of the project life cycle, from preliminary feasibility analysis and concept development through to final commissioning of a project. Meeting the systems objectives requires a clear understanding of the qualitative and quantitative principles of management, costing, programme and delivery which applies to each project. Our systems are continually audited by internal auditors as part of our certified Quality Management System. We also operate a project specific Quality Control Plan for each project to ensure that Client and Design Team expectations and specifications are achieved.

PRECONSTRUCTION 

Callisto are experienced in providing assistance to clients and consultant teams to help identify obstacles before a project is actually built.
Pre-construction is the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at your requirements in order to produce a functional and financially viable project. As part of this service we assess likely programme, phasing, constructability issues, cost estimates and contract delivery routes.
  We offer this as a standalone service or as part of an ongoing project where we work towards cost certainty for the delivery phase of the project
